Please send us your sketch or drawing specifying the material type and tolerances of the machined parts you would like us to produce. We will quickly advise you if we can manufacture the parts and provide you with a written quotation.

So that we can provide you with as accurate and competitive a quotation as possible and process you enquiry promptly, please can you also provide us with the following key information:

  • Numbers of parts required for the first order.

  • Annual quantity requirements per part and forecast batch call off numbers.

  • Advise if you can provide an IGES, DXF or similar Cad/Cam drawing file.[++]

  • Timescales /deadline for first order to be delivered.

  • Delivery location and any special packaging requirements.

  • Your Company details and contact person to send the quotation.

We will then send you a quotation back by e-mail or fax within 1-3 working days, or sooner if very urgent.

You can place an order on line with us by fax or e-mail. Simply send us your order confirmation document with all the details we need to know to fulfill your order requirement along with your drawing. Please ensure that you include the following information on your order:

  • Numbers of parts required.

  • Timescales /deadline for order to be delivered.

Hillside Bison Precision keeps in touch with its customers by e-mail from time to time. We advise them during the year about news items, such as new machine upgrades, any additional services being offered and give advance notice of any planned holiday shut down periods.

We don't bombard our customers with e-mails, usually contacting them no more than once every 3-4 months as and when it is needed to keep them up to date about our business activities.
